Frequency Sanctuary — Free Frequency Tools

Explore binaural beats, solfeggio tones, breathing tools, and a sound visualizer for meditation, reflection, and rest.

Set a tone for each ear or choose a preset in the player below. Wear headphones for the binaural effect and start at a comfortable volume.

How binaural beats work

A binaural beat is the difference between two tones played separately to the left and right ears. For example, 200 Hz in one ear and 207.83 Hz in the other gives a 7.83 Hz difference. The Tune controls let you adjust both tones and optionally add a harmony layer.

Explore frequency presets

Delta (0.5–4 Hz), theta (4–8 Hz), alpha (9–12 Hz), beta (14–30 Hz), and gamma (40–100 Hz) describe ranges of beat frequencies, not the pitch of the carrier tones. Explore the presets to find a listening setting you enjoy; individual experiences vary.

Solfeggio presets include single tones such as 396 Hz, 528 Hz, and 963 Hz. These are used in contemplative listening traditions rather than as binaural beat differences. The solfeggio and breathing tabs offer other ways to structure a quiet listening session.

Listen safely

Use a comfortable volume and stop if you feel discomfort. These tools are for personal reflection and relaxation, not medical treatment or a substitute for professional care.
